All courses are non-accredited, skills-based short courses built around the daily reality of property operations. Delegates receive a formal Certificate of Attendance.

A 25% deposit secures your dates. No deposit, no reservation.
Corporate diaries fill fast and trainer days are finite. The deposit locks your course, your dates and your trainer. It is deducted from your final invoice, with the balance due before the first day of training.
Booked dates can be moved once, at no charge, with 10 or more business days written notice.

TFC Academy is the training division of TFC Group, the independent operational due diligence practice serving boards, funders and investors in student accommodation and residential portfolios.
The same operational standard we apply when auditing a portfolio is what we train your teams to meet. Content is drawn from roughly 20 years of hands-on property experience, including portfolios of up to 8,500 beds run at 98% occupancy, and around 15 years in education and training.
