TFC Academy runs on a simple operating model designed for JSE-listed property funds, private portfolios, asset managers and large property management agencies. No per-seat pricing, no external venues, no hidden costs.

Corporate diaries fill fast and trainer days are finite. The deposit locks your course, your dates and your trainer. It is deducted from your final invoice, with the balance due before the first day of training.

Booked dates can be moved once, at no charge, with 10 or more business days written notice.
