TFC Academy was founded by Mark Anthony Shields, who brings 13 years of experience in education alongside hands-on property operations experience. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration, a postgraduate qualification in Project Management, and is a certified Train-the-Trainer practitioner.
Courses are non-accredited by design. There is no unnecessary paperwork or seat-time theatre, just the skills your buildings and teams need, delivered where your people already work.

TFC Academy runs on a simple operating model designed for JSE-listed property funds, private portfolios, asset managers and large property management agencies. No per-seat pricing, no external venues, no hidden costs.
Flat group rate
One fixed price per course run, capped at 15 delegates. Fill every seat and your per-person cost drops sharply. Individual seat sales are not offered.
Your premises
You provide the training room or boardroom and staff catering. That keeps overheads out of your rate and your team inside the building.
Skills, not seat time
All courses are non-accredited, skills-based short courses built around the daily reality of property operations. Delegates receive a formal Certificate of Attendance.

All rates exclude VAT and are quoted per course run for a maximum of 15 delegates at your premises. Travel outside Gauteng is quoted separately on request.
Booking terms
A 25% deposit secures your dates. No deposit, no reservation.
Every course has its own group rate, and your deposit is always 25% of that specific course's rate - from R5,000 on our shortest soft-skills course up to R13,750 on our five-day Building Manager & Caretaker Training. The exact amount for your selection is calculated automatically when you book below.
Corporate diaries fill fast and trainer days are finite. The deposit locks your course, your dates and your trainer. It is deducted from your final invoice, with the balance due before the first day of training.
One date move at no charge. Confirmed dates may be moved once, provided written notice is received at least 10 business days before the first confirmed training date.
Confirmed training cannot be cancelled. Once the deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed, cancellation is not permitted.
Late or missing notice. If the required written notice is not received, the deposit is non-refundable.
Deposits are processed through PayFast, supporting card, Instant EFT and other South African payment methods. Your dates are reserved automatically the moment PayFast confirms payment.
